- I wouldn't sell a product I wouldn't use myself.
- If you place multiple orders within a few hours and I haven't shipped it yet, I'll combine the shipping and send you a refund.
- I like to keep the shipping prices reasonable. Keep in mind the cost of packaging, labels and stamp service.
- I will ship your product fast. I use Endicia labels to increase the shipping speeds. Most times the First Class mail arrives just as fast as Priority Post.
- Due to theft or loss within Poste Italiane, shipments to Italy are not guaranteed and will not be refunded if not delivered.
- Refunds will only be given through PayPal.
- I try my hardest to keep all items in stock. If I'm out of stock on an item you order, you will get free shipping. It will ship a few days after your order was placed.
- If you are not satisfied you can return the product and I'll give you a full refund, including the shipping.
- If you would like a product I don't have, email or call me and I'll see if I can get it or custom make it.
- Some people tell me that they hate PayPal. I understand, but it works well for a small business.
- You don't need to have a PayPal account to purchase from this site; you just need a credit card.
